~ The Mesa neighborhood is up the hill along the ocean of downtown SB and Santa Barbara City College. The Mesa is a beachy enclave of homes centered by one intersection with shops, restaurants, & two excellent grocery stores. The beach and downtown can be accessed within in minutes and there is an excellent elementary school. The heart of the Mesa might be the Douglas Family Preserve where locals from all over town bring their pups to walk freely cliff-side on the ocean. ~
